What excites you most about your new job?

It's a prestigious company, and I'm excited to work with talented people and learn new things.

Where were you previously?

I was at IBM in Sustainability Practice as a Management Consultant.

What was your preparation strategy?

I prepared for 2-3 months. I'm from an engineering background, so I used IGotAnOffer to help prepare for business cases. I worked on those, got feedback, and focused on a framework. Then I did 10 mock interview sessions at IGotAnOffer and also another website for some courses.

What was the hardest part of the whole interview process?

The maths were the hardest, especially on the last round interviews.

Did any of the interview questions stand out?

I was given a map of the United States and told to use it to consolidate warehouse locations. Having to use the map to decide where to put a warehouse threw me off.

Do you have any final tips for other candidates?

Be yourself because it makes a difference. I was the only woman among a group of men who had similar profiles. You may think you need to fit in, but many companies are looking for diversity.
