2024–Present: Columbia Business School, MBA Candidate 2020–2024: BCG, Consultant, Prague, Czechia Petr is a consultant with the Prague office of the Boston Consulting Group. While at BCG, he was involved with the recruitment process throughout his entire career, initially as a coach and mock interviewer for prospective candidates, coaching 100+ candidates through the interview process with over 80% securing internship & full- time offers at either BCG or other MBB/Tier 2 consulting companies. Later, Petr joined the process directly as an interviewer, personally interviewing over 30 candidates and debriefing & discussing over 200 candidates for full-time and internship positions. Additionally, Petr has extensive coaching experience from his time at the University of Manchester where he set-up a peer-to-peer career and interview coaching service for European students at top universities in the United Kingdom. Petr is focused on helping students and young professionals interested in consulting to 1) clarify their motivations on entering the industry and their personal fit within the industry, and 2) master both the personal and case elements of the consulting interview process.
