As a bar raiser and hiring manager he's conducted over 500 interviews where he was a key decision maker. Larry has led interviews for nearly every technical role at Amazon across nearly all departments. He particularly enjoys helping EM, TPM and SDE candidates ace their interviews. Today, Larry is taking a break from big companies and is working on a stealth startup, while still making time for his passion of coaching and mentoring.
