2018-23: McKinsey, Business Analyst to Engagement Manager, Amsterdam Jan-Paul is a former McKinsey management consultant in the Amsterdam office (the Netherlands). Having spent 5 years at McKinsey, most recently as Engagement Manager leading project teams, he brings a wealth of experience on how to be successful in the consulting interview process. He interviewed 30+ candidates for Business Analyst and (Junior) Associate roles at McKinsey and coached 40+ candidates as part of interview preparation offered by McKinsey. In his coaching, Jan-Paul draws from his experience of observing effective strategies employed by successful candidates and identifying common pitfalls. In his last years at McKinsey, he primarily worked on climate & energy topics for private and public sector clients. Currently, Jan-Paul is taking a sabbatical in Latin America.
